When I login, why am I receiving a pop-up message that says "This user is already logged in"?
At Gold Comet "session management" is part of our commitment to security. If you close your browser or close a browser tab without utilizing the Gold Comet logout button, Gold Comet still manages your logged in session. If you re-open your browser and try to log back in, Gold Comet recognizes that you did not completely logout and notifies you that there is still an active session. If you have closed your browser, you can simply choose the option to "Logout of your current session and start a new one".
