At Gold Comet "session management" is part of our commitment to security. If you close your browser or close a browser tab without utilizing the Gold Comet logout button, Gold Comet still manages your logged in session. If you re-open your browser and try to log back in, Gold Comet recognizes that you did not completely logout and notifies you that there is still an active session. If you have closed your browser, you can simply choose the option to "Logout of your current session and start a new one". If the session time has passed, Gold Comet will automatically log you out and you will not see the pop-up message.

Attachments within the Gold Comet messaging system are different for members and guest users.
Members may send to and receive from other members Microsoft Office products, .pdf documents, docx documents, and jpg documents. As a member these documents can also be sent to a guest user.
However, a guest user does not have the same permissions to send documents to a member. Due to our email security posture, a guest user cannot send images, macros, hyperlinks, imbedded images, a pdf with hyperlinks or other items which Gold Comet deems a potential security threat to the messaging system. To be able to send these documents, the guest user would need to upgrade their membership.
